Roberts Heating & Cooling

We are very happy with the product, service, and communication with Roberts Heating and Cooling.

I thought that my old water heater could be fixed, but when they came out to look at it, they deemed that it should be replaced. I was pleased with the troubleshooting that took place and was prepared for a new one anyhow as it was the original with my home built in 1997. They returned two days later with a new water heater and all of the parts. Install took about 1 hour and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions. I would recommend the service they provide.

I received eight different bids, because I had a unique space in an old house and I didn't want to put a new furnace in, as the space was small enough that this would be overkill. After reviewing a lot of more established companies, I ended up choosing Justin. I liked a lot of things about him: he presented himself well; he was punctual; he gave me a fair bid. I required a contract, so he provided that. He was on time and was there whenever I needed him. He worked extra hard to remedy a few problems we ran into due to the age of my home. He learned a lot by working with such an old house, but it was a great experience. I had two inspections today and he quickly remedied the one tiny thing that needed attention. The work passed inspection, and I feel confident that he will help with the service of the system as well. He picked up and cleaned up everything after himself, and showed great attention to detail. He listened well to my needs and matched up the correct system for what I needed. I knew from the beginning that the timeline would have been extended due to the nature of the older property. I ended up being correct that it took a bit longer than he anticipated, but I don't see this as a fault of Justin's, but a factor of the age of the home.
