Best install tech I have come across! I would highly recommend Ray for anything electronic related in your home! However, this company does lack communication. I have been waiting for three weeks on LED lights for my TV to finally find out today that he can't get them as promised and they are on back order. When I asked where he is ordering from he did not respond and gave me the reply of " Google It". It seems as if since this was the smallest and least profitable portion of his job that he did not want to complete.

"The LED lights had nothing to do with the job that was completed on the Home Advisor order. I was going to install them at no install cost as more of a favor. The job through Home Advisor was completed as required."
