+ 0 moreFirst, I requested 5 separate proposals from 5 highly rated local roofing companies. After scheduling and while waiting for their bids, I did a thorough check into the past business history of each one. I chose RIZE Roofing because of their high level of customer satisfaction on every site, BBB rating, bonded, licensed, insured, and a very detailed/easy to understand proposal. Throughout the entire process, Project Manager Ben F. maintained excellent communication with me from product selection, ordering, delivery, obtaining a permit. through warranty and completion of the class 4 roof document. Ben’s on-site presence as well as his attention to detail provided for the photo evidence requested and accepted by my insurance claims specialist. CoVid adherence guidelines are a must for me and I am thoroughly satisfied.
