I bought a Groupon for Rigdon to clean the windows in my two-story house with a walkout basement. Brandon was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning their windows.

Did not bring 40' ladder even though I stated I have gutters 3 stories high. Overall, the tech did a good job. He was was professional and courteous, but could have been a more attentive toward preventing potential damage to the house and gutters. In the end, nothing was damaged, but it was close. I think this type of job should be a two-person job. I would hire Rigdon again, but with assurances the tech(s) would be more careful about preventing potential damage to the house and gutters.

Fantastic! On time, great service, excellent outcomes. Windows the best cleaning we ever have had and the gutter work was fast and cleaned up well. We asked them to spray a flexible covering in one area to stop a leak with our owner provided spray. They did that and in one small area we still had a leak and they came back and sprayed with their own material for no additional fees. Fantastic to work with and recommend highly.

Brandon provided the estimate and arrived on the date as promised and asked my wife exactly what she wanted regarding the lighting and then spent 2 hours making it happen. It looks very nice and professionally done. Would recommend their holiday decorating services. However, my wife won't tell me the cost.
