RICHMOND HOMES

I have had nothing but issues since my 2022 purchase with Richmond homes. My initial issue was caused by a copper pipe that was not installed correctly causing mold in my home. It took over 6 months for repairs and several calls for them to stay on it. FOR MOLD!! Now, there are several issues with the roads in our neighborhood. This includes cracks, breaks, sink holes and more. Due to this it has caused a broken sewer pipe that has flooded my residence. The rep for Richmond told me "he doesn't have a dog in the fight" as far as helping me fight to get this repaired. Well, they sure had someone in the fight when they took $500k+ from us for the purchase of our home. Richmond refuses to take any responsibility for issues in regard to their building or help me as a home owner to get issued remedied.

I like the house, I like the work they did, they stood behind it, and they fixed a lot of things that I didn't expect them to fix. It started out bad because they kept sending the wrong materials but they changed the supervisor and everything is good now. Getting ahold of the new guy is hard to do, he will get the job done at the end of the day but you need to keep pushing him.
