Horrible experience. Duct work was put in wrong places. Walls put in wrong places. Work was sloppy; Trim work, stair rails crooked and very loose, stairs dropped with holes left in them. Grout work horrible, tiles loose and grout cracking, as the material used was bad, therefore entire tile floors in kitchen, entry, and master bath need to be replaced. Caulking used everywhere. Paint job so bad (different dye lot to touch up) the entire house in & out, had to be repainted. Garbage left in gutters, on roof, and duct work. They never cleaned the house from work debree prior/after closing. Windows had stickers on them with construction dust. Debree, cement, cigarette butts, paint poured on rocks, etc, left all over property, never cleaned up. Overall, DON'T BUILD A HOME WITH THIS COMPANY. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This is 8 months later and I still ''entertain'' workers weekly. R.A. does the worst job and leaves the fixing to the warranty dept. Warranty dept is helpful.
