Shane responded instantly to my e-mail inquiring if he could handle this project, and he e-mailed a proposal that same day (after having visited to assess what was needed). Wisely, Shane gave an "out-lying" date for receipt of the specially made piece; however, the piece was constructed well before that date. Shane "...furnished all materials and installed a new double dome bronze tinted skylight on a natural aluminum frame." Per our request, Shane left the temporary plywood covering instead of hauling away the wood--as is his usual clean-up practice. Reliable Roofing Systems will always be our roofer of choice. (NOTE: our zip code for our home address is 80909.)

During our first real rainstorm of the season, a leak developed in our kitchen skylight. I e-mailed Shane immediately on 6/28/13, and he called me promptly at 8 a.m. the following day, saying that he would be at our house at 9 a.m.. True to his word and his professionalism, Shane arrived on time and applied a sealant to the skylight. Subsequently, this area has experienced daily rainstorms, and we have had no further problems.
