+ -1 moreWhat a great experience! Brett was punctual, fun to work with, and flexible to work around my slowdowns when necessary. He understood nuances of the electrical code that saved me several hundred of dollars that even the code enforcement person had no idea about. We cleared both rough- and final-inspections in record times without a single hiccup...and on a job this big, that's magic. The results are spectacular -- perfectly placed and spec'ed lighting that goes on and off by voice or switch, plentiful outlets (including built-in USB charging for devices) and appliances that were a breeze to install thanks to his careful wiring considerations. Not only was the experience great, but the price quoted was less than half of one well-known local contractor.
Description of Work: Electrical for a complete kitchen remodel. I was doing much of the non-electrical work myself, but didn't want to take a chance with the complex task of re-wiring and bringing up to code all the affected circuits in the 3 rooms that were part of the project. He took care of relocating electrical from a wall we removed, installed brand new state-of-the-art smart-controlled LED lighting, handled the circuit upgrades for AFCI and GFCI code requirements, and wired all new smart appliances.
