Redhead Remodeling

We purchased frameless shower door that needed to be installed in our newly remodeled shower. We found Patrick on Angies List and hired him to install it. He broke 2 screws off and cracked a tile (which I let go because I understand it could happen) . BUT THEN a couple of weeks later we noticed there were streaks on the obscured part of the glass that we couldn't remove. We contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed the door was installed BACKWARDS. The obscured part was supposed to be facing OUT and not get wet. I pulled up the instructions and they were VERY CLEAR about that. We called/emailed/text Patrick Quigley NUMEROUS times before he finally responded back 3 weeks later. He responded that he was on vacation but would call me back to come take a look at it in a few days. I called/emailed/text him several times over the next 3 months and he NEVER RESPONDED back again. Bottom line, I am out the $600 I paid him, plus my $1200 shower door is ruined. Please do not hire this fraud

We would have understood if he had said he didn't have time to do the work or just didn't want to do it, but he preferred to mislead us.
