I am very pleased with both the work they did and the
professionalism they showed. The crew was very polite and I didn't mind having
them in my yard and pounding on my roof for a couple of days. Due to a lot of
recent rain in the area there was a lot of work to do so they could only get 2
laborers on site the first day but they worked very hard to stay on schedule.
Daniella, the project manager, did an outstanding job working with the
insurance adjuster (who had to be shown the storm damage before he would approve
the repair) and keeping me informed of status. This was a difficult job because
the house is over 100 years old and there were 4 layers of shingles on the roof
(including 1 layer of shakes). The house is surrounded by a fence so they had
to carry the shingles up a ladder and carry the waste to a trailer in the
street to clean up. They left my yard and house looking just like it did before
they came (except for the beautiful new roof). I would highly recommend them.
