 + -1 moreWe were supposed to move in April 1st 2011, on the day we were to move in the previous tenants were still moving out. The house was extremely messy and sent someone over to clean it a week after moving in. We had multiple problems with the property for example going out, hot water heater breaking, fuses being blown, and patchy needing to be painted walls. We would call and leave message after message and wouldn't get a response until 2-4 weeks later. When moving out they charged us for all the junk that was in the shed even though we informed them that the shed was full of garbage and black widows upon moving in. Their response was that we should have cleaned it out while we lived on the property. I have no idea when cleaning out junk from the previous tenants/owners became my job. I will never rent a home managed by Rawhide again.
Description of Work: I am in the military and when my husband and I found out we were pregnant we started looking for a place to live. We didn't want to live on post so we found a home with Rawhide Realty.
