Fernando and his crew were great and did an excellent job, so great to work with Fernando.

Fernando was awesome to work with. Our house had previously been patched a couple different times, so the builder color wasn't accurate anymore. He custom made us a color that we loved! He gave us a great deal on upgrading to an acrylic wrap instead of standard stucco. He also handled painting all the trim while the scaffolding was up for a very reasonable price. During stucco install he found 2 windows that were up very high that the inspectors missed. He took pictures that I could never be high enough to take so I could submit them to our insurance provider. Since those windows came in late he then came back after they were installed to patch them back in so they looked seamless. I refer all my friends to him!

I was very pleased working with Fernando Ramirez and his crews. He runs several crews simultaneously, so it takes considerable management on his part to coordinate crews and materials. His crew chiefs could communicate well enough in English and were conscientious in their work. When Fernando bid the job, I told him I could be flexible and he could take his time. I believe he gave me a good bid because of my flexibility. My job was done mostly in July, his prime time for stuccoing, and Fernando had some big commercial projects going as well. It took about five weeks where other contractors said it could be done in 2-3 wks, but I wasn't surprised at that. Stuccoing is messy work and disrupts life, but I was pleased with how clean up conscious his crew was. I expected my decks to be trashed. In the end they put together everything well. Downspouts set well and straight, etc. If there is a weakness in their operation, it is communication. Seems that Fernando himself is the hub, and he is probably overloaded in peak season. It would sometimes take a few days to get a response. Texting was the best means. I would not hesitate to use Ramirez Plastering again and have recommended them to friends.

Fernando is very customer oriented and does everything possible to make the customer happy.
The overall stucco job is very good, but there was some sloppy work, partially due to rain storms right after application. His crew left a lot of mess and tracked stucco all over a flagstone patio. Fernando came out and cleaned the flagstone. However, there are bits of red tape, styrofoam, and stucco everywhere. I'll be cleaning them up for years to come. Some plants were destroyed by his crews.
I would probably use them in the future, but make some stipulations about cleanup in particular.
I would recommend them with some reservations.

All went well. Fernando called me back in a short time after my initial call. He stayed in contact threw out the job. Price was very reasonable. Workmen were curteous, they cleaned up at the end of their workday. All the trash was hauled away at the end of the job.

They did a full preparation, a double coat paper barrier, put up wires, scratch coated and let it cure for 10 days and then did the final base finish coat.

I have gotten a lot of compliments- it changes the whole house appearance. They are a very through company, I only found two wires int he grass after their clean up.

Also, they was a roughly 30% difference in their price opposed to other companies.
