I made my appointment with Ralph approximately one week beforehand. I had planned to get new carpet before my son's wedding, but the price and time required were not practical for my timeline. In addition to that, the government furlough played a big part of not being able to commit to such a big product (2000 square feet of carpet and tons of furniture that needed to be moved). From the first contact with Ralph on the phone he was pleasant, courteous, asked a lot of questions and made sure he understood what I needed and what my expectations were. Ralph and his partner/son arrived ahead of their scheduled time, but called prior to showing up as a courtesy. They walked through the house with me to get my specific directions and to highlight the problem areas that required their special attention. They gave me instructions on what to do when they were done (wait 24 hours before moving furniture back, open windows or use fans to help carpet dry faster, use bare feet to test dryness). They were respectful, courteous and took the utmost care to ensure that none of my furniture (I have tons of it!) were damaged. They even moved one couch out of the way in my formal living room and then cleaned and moved it back before they left. They said it would take approximately 2-3 hours (approx 1500 sq feet and four flights of stairs). I left them in the house and they called me when they left (approx 2 hours later) and told me that they were done and the house was secure. I came back within 20 mins of their departure and the carpets were immaculate! These carpets were at least 15 years old and the high traffic areas were very dark. I was so pleased I called them back again and told them that they might have even undercharged me! In today's dog eat dog business world, it was so nice to have a service provider that I could trust, that did a great job, and charged me a reasonable amount. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone, in a heartbeat!

I called them today to come back and do our carpets. We spent $105 for the last service. They were fine or else I wouldn't have called them again. It seemed like it was a reasonable price. The guy was prompt in getting here and we weren't even here when he did it. I felt pretty safe that he was going to leave the house untouched and just do the job.
