I contacted R&A they came out to assess the work I needed which was quite extensive due to foundation replacement. Prompt to come out after I agreed to the estimate. The lower area of the home was matched perfectly with the uninterrupted upper area. I had no communication issues even though I don't speak Spanish. Robaldo and his assistant did a fine job.

Did a chimney stucco repair job on my home. The stucco was falling off and exposing wire and corner flashing. R&A cleaned up after and did a great color match. Very satisfied with quality and price.

Robaldo and his crew did exactly what we asked for and the quality and color were done very well. Karla was his interpretor for booking the appointment. He and his crew showed up on time and completed work as scheduled even coming at our request a day early due to incoming weather on the day we were scheduled. We would recommend them for stucco repair. Price was lower than another bid we had.

Could not communicate with Robaldo as he speaks no English. Very frustrating. When giving estimate, the lady who interpreted for him said he could not just repair the damaged area of approximately 10 sq. ft. but had to do the whole thing, which was a chimney of approximately 100 sq. ft. I did not think he had to do all that but he was the pro so, when she quoted me a price which seemed reasonable considering the fact that he had to do the whole thing, I agreed. My mistake, I did not get a detailed written estimate. He did the repair in just 1 session of 1 hour and 45 minutes, (contrary to the pros on This Old House), but only the damaged area. I could not communicate with him because his interpreter was not with him at that time. A couple of days later, when presented with the bill, I reminded them of the fact that the whole thing was not done as promised. I was informed that this referred only to the color matching. Total miscommunication. For the most part, the repairs appeared adequate but, since there had been no power washing, I asked for how long he guaranteed his work. I was told six months. In response to my question of what would happen if the stucco repair fell off in six months, the reply was I do not think it will. Unless you speak Spanish, I would not recommend this company because they did not live up to their listed Profile.

Price seemed about %10 too high, but their quality was superior. I replaced a large section of deck with trex and discovered rotten 2x10s the old stucco was on. They did a great job of replacing the stucco and matching the color and texture.

Prompt, professional job with excellent results. Repaired stucco that was damaged when we replaced our deck and patched other areas that needed attention.

Avoid like the Plague! Based on other reviews, I hired RA Patching and Stucco to repair/match stucco areas of my home that needed attention. #1. Lacked communication skills - had to speak to niece over the phone for translation before, during work. #2. Had them come back multiple time to finish the job as agreed but never finished the job. #3. Poor house keeping - had paint and stucco stains on my pavement and window sidings. #4. Wanted to be paid in cash/check and did not furnish a receipt. Overall extremely displeased with the experience. RA Stucco Patching did not complete the work and disrespected my property. Not Recommended!
