10 stars! We had stucco installed over our existing siding (color: Virtual Taupe by Sherwin Williams), with stone accents (European Ledge in Linen), and the transformation is breathtaking. Watching the process unfold was genuinely a treat—especially since stucco is done by hand. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. This is a local, small family-run business. Every person I interacted with was articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, professional—and most importantly, trustworthy. At no point did I feel pressured, taken advantage of, or uncertain about my decision to hire them. Their team was genuinely committed to delivering their best work, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to them. Julian, the project manager, leads the crews with exceptional communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities. His attention to quality and proactive approach were reassuring throughout the project. I never had to wonder what was happening—he kept me fully informed and at ease the entire time. Every crew member—from the estimator to the scaffolders, stucco team, and painters—was punctual and highly professional. Even the loudest parts of the job were handled with care and precision; I was able to stay in the house during the whole process without stress. They also showed great respect for my yard, keeping everything neat and tidy. I appreciated that they asked for my input when it mattered, showing they truly cared about my vision. The office staff were equally impressive—always friendly and easy to reach. Karina helped guide me through color and stone selections, providing samples and walking me through the process so I could make informed choices. Both she and Julian were the faces of the company to me, and their professionalism and warmth played a major role in my decision to move forward with the project. I genuinely enjoyed working with this team and wish them continued success for years to come!

I wrote the following review right after the work was done. It’s a great review because they did a great job. It’s been right at a year ago now and I’m happy as ever with the work they did. I did pay extra at the time, for an overall mesh added in to prevent cracking, since mine was a blend of many surfaces. I can’t find even the slightest cracking. It was worth it! These guys are GREAT!! More than 5 stars! “My house was a particularly difficult project due to a combination of new construction, 40 year old existing stucco, siding & inlaid wood into the existing stucco. a few other contractors chose not to bid the job. The gentleman who bid the job asked me some questions about what I wanted and expected. I expressed that I didn't know much about how to resolve all of the issues and left it to him to develop the solution. I accepted all of his recommentadions and received a bid the next day with an invitation to visit their showroom to see the technique he would use on our home. We went and looked and signed the contract. They encountered unforeseen challenges, but in the end, my wife and I could not be more pleased. They checked in with us throughout the project to make sure we were pleased and addressed anything we brought up. I will use them exclusively in the future. I've recommended them to others. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for Quality Stucco and Stone!!”

The quality of the work was very good. However, the pricing changed mid project and I didn't feel the extra charges were warranted. After the project was done, there was debris left that should have been picked up. Also, it took the company 3 months to cash the check I sent them for payment.

Quality Stucco and Stone I contacted Quality Stucco in July 2013 for an estimate on stucco and stone work. The requested work was to include stucco over siding for the entire house, a 48” stone veneer wainscot on the front, stucco on soffits, and and frac34;” foam insulation on all areas. The company sent out Alvin, their prime estimator, in July; this visit resulted in a bid of $13,012 valid for 60 days The company then sent out a second estimator named William in September to revalidate the initial bid; this visit re-confirmed the previous bid of $13,012, and valid for 60 days The company then sent out a third bid in October for $13,012; this was accepted, signed, and returned to the company on 5 Nov 2013. On 6 Nov, I spoke with co-owner Mrs. Bertha Ochoa, who acknowledged the signed contract and then scheduled a site visit with Mr. Augie Ochoa, co-owner, to review the work contracted. Mr. Ochoa missed the first appointment without calling. Mr. Ochoa also missed a second appointment without calling. Finally, Mr. Ochoa arrived 45 min late for the third appointment. At the beginning of the site walk-thru, Mr. Ochoa advised that the signed and accepted contract was underbid by 10% and he would have to resubmit a fourth bid for an additional $1300. Mr. Ochoa also committed to a work-start on 13 Nov. On 13 Nov, work was not started as promised. When I called and spoke with Mrs. Ochoa, she advised there were scheduling conflicts and the work would start on 14 Nov. On 15 Nov, the company advised there was yet an additional increase in the contract. When I asked for an explanation, I was informed they would call me back. The company did not call back but did send an email stating they were rescinding their contract. In summary, the company bid the same work three times in four months to revalidate pricing. Each of the bids was identical in work quoted with the same pricing. Once the contract was signed, the company attempted to raise the prices by more than 10%. The company also promised three separate start dates but failed to start work as scheduled and failed to provide notification of cancellation. The owners continually failed to show for scheduled appointments or return calls as promised. Their business model lacks commitment, integrity and professionalism.

Their estimator missed most of the appointments we set and did not get bids to us in a timely manner. Augie, the owner, finally came out and got us a bid. He and his wife also helped with color selection. We really liked Bertha and Augie. We decided to do popouts around the windows in a darker color. Most of the work went OK until they did the color coat and I came home to find a completely chocolate brown house (supposed to be the accent color). Augie came out and they completely re-stuccoed the house with the correct colors at no charge. They even added a popout to the slider in the rear of the house at no charge because they felt it looked better - and it did. They left more mess than was acceptable to my husband and I - we are really picky. But all in all, we were pleased. However, we are now in the business of real estate investing and needed a basic quote on a small house we were buying. I insisted that Augie go out and not his estimator because I didn't trust the estimator to get it done. Bertha promised me that Augie would go out in the next day or two because they were leaving town. I never heard anything. I called when they were back in town and Bertha said she was sure Augie had been out. She said she'd have him call me. That was over a month ago. If you're too busy to do/bid my work, please just tell me. But when someone comes back to you for repeat work, I feel it's really bad to ignore them. Everyone relies on return business. I have another house I am flipping and I won't be calling them for a quote. Too bad.

Poor1. Cost- Bid requested OSB board be placed behind brick that was removed prior to stucco placement. Estimator said it would be taken care. Then was told the OSB wasn't covered in the bid when it was discovered that only insulation board was behind the brick. I asked that we split the cost; I would pay for the materials. They said ok. When I asked what the cost was after they took care of installing the OSB the owner said $300. I asked for a receipt and the materials cost was $158. 2. Clean up- ridiculous. Did not use a dumpster when doing the demo. Dumped all the materials in a gravel driveway. Did not properly clean the driveway up. I spent 30+ hours removing chunks of mortar, brick, leftover sand, gravel and screws and nails so we could reuse the driveway. 3. Brick- the actual brick work was ok. However, they did not clean the mortar off the face of the brick immediately after it was laid. I requested they clean it. They come out twice used muriatic acid to attempt to clean it which discolored the bricks. I ended up spending another 30+ hours cleaning the bricks with a wire brush and water to scrap the mortar of the face of EVERY brick. 4. Finish work. The crew pulled off caulking around windows and doors and the owner didn't understand why he should have to replace the caulking. I ended up recaulking all the areas myself. 5. Finally, I had an accident with my brand new car and one of their trucks. The truck was parked in the driveway with the driver door wide open and no one near the truck. The door was over in the other lane of the driveway and I ended up backing into it because it was in my blind spot. When I asked them to split the cost they told me I could submit it to their auto insurance but I should have been watching where I was going. That cost me almost $1100 to repair. 6. The project was suppose to take 2-3 weeks and it took almost 2 1/2 months for them to complete it. I have used many contractors over the years; but this company had the worst customer service ever.
