Quality Paint And Renovations Steve Bustamante

I hired Steve Bustamante with Quality Pant and Renovations to finish my basement. I paid this man in full (which I now realize was very naive on my part) and the job has never been completed. It has been 8 months, and all that has been done is framing and the rough electrical. What my experience with this man consists of, he constantly lies to you, constantly schedules appointments with you, then never shows up. It is very difficult to get a hold of him whether it be via phone, or text. He did not even pay the framing sub-contractor or the electrician what he owes them for the work at my residence. I know because they have shown up at my residence asking for money owed as well as called me to inform me, Steve still has not paid him. I have asked for an itemized invoice of what he is charging me for, and a refund of the remainder balance I paid him. He has not paid me nor responded to my request. I am currently in court with this man. I am not telling anyone what they should do or who they should hire, I am just wanting you to be aware of what my experience with Steve Bustamante has been.
