Quality House Cleaning

Kathleen (this is a one-person operation) has been my housecleaner for over 3 years.  She is courteous and friendly (she's almost become a member of the family!) and very thorough in her cleaning.  Her client roster includes many long-term customers in the Old North End and the Patty Jewett neighborhood.  She works from home and has a family -- this is the only reason I rated her 'B' in punctuality as she occasionally has family duties that make her late to an appointment.  I happily pay a bit more than some of her customers as I am a smoker and have a cat (Kathleen does not clean out litter boxes!).  I understand that, as of this report, she has lost some customers who have moved or passed away -- one of the reasons I'm submitting this as she does have openings.  All in all, Kathleen is everything one  would want in a housecleaner and I feel lucky to have her.
