I really appreciate how Quality stepped up to help us after another carpet cleaning company cancelled our Saturday afternoon appointment due to cold weather, without giving us any notice, leaving us to scramble to get the work done before we moved. I was very impressed with Quality Carpet Care.

Technician showed up on time, and got started immediately. Overall the place wasn't too filthy, but it took him about 3.5 hours to finish the work. Everything looked very clean afterwards. Great job, easy to work with, would use these guys again.

Showed up on time, but they guy who climbed out of the un-marked van looked like he just got out of prison. Tattooed from head to toe. Went through the house and then the other shoe dropped. He starts telling me that to really get the carpet clean they need to charge all this extra money and even then wouldn't guarantee his work. Carpet wasn't that dirty except for 1 pet stain and a stain from a dresser in the bedroom. He was trying to up the price by half again what they had quoted. He knew d*** well that the stain in the bedroom wasn't going to come out, yet he tried to charge me for it anyways and then throw in the caveat that they won't guarantee anything.
Very UN-professional if you can't even take the time to put your companies name or logo on the side of your service truck, don't provide a uniform or at least a shirt for your employees and then to play mind games with the prices after they come out to the job....A very deceptive practice. I called the company to complain and they defended their billing practices citing that it's "industry standard" to tell customers after the fact that their may be additional charges. I suggested an overhaul for their "industry".
I fired him on the spot and cancelled the job. If it wasn't a move out clean in an empty house, I would have never let that guy in my home the way that employee looked. I know you can't always judge a book by it's cover, but common, this is a customer service business!! Appearances do matter if they make your customers uncomfortable.
I hired another company who didn't try to play the price game and gave me a firm quote and stuck to it. Professional looking employees and had their company name and logo on their van and uniforms. Carpets turned out fine without extra charges.

"When the Angie’s List member initially called us to set up the appointment on 4-12-13, he ordered cleaning of 5 rooms, 1 hall, and stairs. He was told that 5 rooms and the hall would be $95.95, and the stairs would be $1.00 each. He did not mention or ask about pet stain or furniture stain removal. Of course there is an additional charge to remove these types of stains because they almost never come out with the cleaning process. We provide this type of stain removal after the cleaning process and charge $50.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum. Our technician did not tell the Angie’s List member that to really get the carpet clean there would be an additional charge. This is absolutely false. He did say that to remove pet and furniture stains there would be a $50.00 minimum charge. Pet stains and furniture stains are not dirt and we never add on charges to clean heavily soiled carpets. Our pricing includes thorough and complete cleaning. The Angie’s List member is also not correct in saying that there was only 1 pet stain. Our technician, who has a proven record of being honest and trustworthy, indicated that there were pet stains in several rooms. Our policy is that we don’t guarantee that all the stains will come out but do have an unconditional money back guarantee so our customers either don’t pay for the stain removal if the stains don’t come out or they receive a refund. Our technician did have a company shirt on, but had a jacket on over it which he never took off since he didn’t provide any service and was only there a few minutes. Our customer service representative who the Angie’s List member spoke with that day also has a proven record of being honest and trustworthy and she did not say we tell customers after the fact that there may be additional charges. If our customers give us any indication that they need special stain removal, we tell them upfront that there are additional charges. This person’s comment that our technician looked like he just got out of prison is extremely prejudicial and actually quite absurd. The Angie’s List member was also verbally abusive to our customer service representative. His tirade against her included the use of the f word. I used them before this but on this service it took the guy 30 minutes to get going. They did get the carpet clean but not as good as I would have liked. They did charge an additional amount for other products. Not sure if he was new but it took over double the normal time to do the work.

Ryan S. arrived within the 30 minute window and after seeing all the carpets in the house he brought in his equipment and started! He did a great job and every carpet looks almost new (they're 7 years old!) I would definitely call them again and would highly recommend them. The house is approximately 2700 sf so this wasn't a particularly small job!

Everything from the first phone call to the company to the completion of the cleaning proceeded effortlessly. The job was performed by Joe, who took extra care, within one day of first contacting the company. Our old carpets haven't looked this good in years. We were scared away by the first Angie's List carpet cleaner we contacted, who wanted an astounding $4.50 per square yard to clean our carpets using the same hot water extraction technique. That would represent a significant chunk of the cost of simply buying a new carpet. Quality Carpet Care's pricing was much more reasonable, and we couldn't have asked for a better result.

Jeff arrived a few minutes early. He provided information about the company's history and then inspected the areas to be cleaned. He explained the process of cleaning the carpets and then began the work. He completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up the areas he worked in prior to leaving. The appearance of the carpets were what we had hoped for and they were clean!

Happy with our service. Our carpet is a very light (almost off-white) shade that was filthy. It now looks to be in excellent condition. Couch looks great too. I will use this company again when I need my carpets cleaned. Our appointment time was 1pm (he did say on the phone it would be between 1-2) and the service man arrived shortly after 2pm. He did call at about 1:30pm and say he was running a little late. I appreciated the call.
