We are an Eco - Friendly company. We have 6 team members and the owners are a husband and wife team. We are a positive and upbeat company, with an incredible eye for the small details. We donate free cleanings to women with cancer and also have our hand in donating a percentage of our proceeds to Greenpeace for the Oceanic Project. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, create long-lasting and ecstatic customers, all while leaving a very small environmental footprint. We can't wait to serve you!

"Thank you for your review and stating that your cleaning service was satisfactory. We are excited that you [Member Information Removed] always been happy with us. We did send out an emailed letter [Member Information Removed] the changes that were made to your home that [Member Information Removed] required our cleaning team to spend more time to ensure you a quality job, and we [Member Information Removed] had to adjust in order to accommodate you and the changes in your home. With a new baby (now 9 months old) also has come an abundance of baby equipment and toys which the cleaning team will pick up from the entire home before even able to begin to clean, which was not included in your original estimate. There were also two dogs when we did our original and now there is an added Husky, which has added an intense amount of pet hair to our job. When we started there was one sofa in the front room that was requested to be vacuumed, and now there are sofas in the loft, and sofas in the family room also that are vacuumed in addition and cleaned from the 3 dogs who shed on them. We LOVE animals, and babies, but we also need to account for these changes when they require much more time to be able to keep up after and pick up before we are able to clean the home. Your preferred method of communication with our management has always been email throughout the past 2 years. We assumed that communicating via email [Member Information Removed] the changes in your home and the [Member Information Removed] to clean would be adequate as that email has been how you [Member Information Removed] appreciated communication. Management would definitely had called you in person to discuss during normal business hours as soon as we learned of your concerns. We did not [Member Information Removed] the opportunity to do that with you, however, as you responded to the email several hours after it was sent and we were out of the office when your response was given. You had made the decision to cancel services, and leave a review only an hour after you had responded to our letter. Thank you for being our customer for the past couple of years, and we are disappointed that this isn't a better fit at this time, but [Member Information Removed] definitely appreciated your patronage, [Member Information Removed] enjoyed working with you and watching your family grow, and are here in the future should you need us."
- Wonderful, amazing people! Delightful to work with! We have THREE Collies and FIVE cats. They got things out I had stand said they dresigned myself to living with unti thel the carp et is replaced. My husband said they did a great job.

We have one bit of advice--we came back from six months out of the country expecting the housesitter to have left the house generally grubby. It was not. So instead of a general cleaning my husband (I was not heere when the girls arrived) asked them to do some specific non-general tasks, like applying Bona cleaner to laminate floors and cleaning the fridge. The girls seemed uncomfortable with him and were basically unwillingto do other than the usual boilerplate housecleaning starting with bathrooms (which were clean!). When I got home an hour later I showed them the products we wanted used and things went beautifully. Some of this may have been a language issue, and next time we would call in advance if there were a change in objectives, but it would also have been nice if your employees were aware that clients sometimes need a redirect, and they should attend to that.
We gave them a nice tip anyway and will certainly use you guys form now on--delightful girls and terrific carpet work!
"We really appreciate being the company that you chose to take care of you as you came back into the country. We also appreciate the feedback about any confusion that may have occurred on the job. The cleaning team did call the office to discuss homeowner instructions while they were at the house, as we have a system and a process that they are trained to, and the homeowner had requested that the team complete tasks in an order that they were not trained to do. For instance, we clean from top to bottom, left to right, always making sure the flooring is the last item in the house to be cleaned. As management understood, the homeowner was requesting the flooring to be cleaned first, and instructed the team to then clean the refrigerator and bathrooms after. The team did exactly as instructed and notified their superiors to approve the change in processes. Management did advise the team to try to explain to the homeowner that if the flooring was to be cleaned first, it is highly likely that debris and dirt from cleaning out the refrigerator and bathrooms will fall to the freshly cleaned flooring, and would create dirty floors again. We did clean as requested per the homeowner and completed the tasks in the order the homeowner wanted. I hope that helps to shed some light on any confusion or hesitance the team may have had. We are eager to please, and we have a certain way that we do things for the purpose of efficiency and quality results. We are always willing, however, to customize our cleaning to accommodate specific requests or needs. "Thank you for your time in creating a review. We are proud to not be the cheapest company in town, and are happy to not be the most expensive either. We explained that we had to charge what we charged since the client was beyond city limits another 15 miles. We pay our staff well above industry standards for the hard work they do, as well as time while driving, and mileage. To get out to this client's home took an hour of drive there, as well as a lot of gas for our staff. We never mind going the distance, but we have to add a bit to compensate for it. We appreciate the feedback that all the cleaning was done to your satisfaction though, that is great to hear.
