I am posting this for a co-worker who does not have an Angies List account.
Mr. Sandoval is very professional and did a great job cleaning our area rugs. He quoted me one price but it ended up being half the price. He is a very honest person and I will definitely be calling him again in the near future.

Daniel was able to accomodate us right away, and his work was flawless... just in time for our open house weekend. I would absolutely recommended Daniel and his team to anyone!

The first time that they did the work, they charged us around $350.00. My wife was very happy with the work, so we hired them again to do the windows. After the second time, the bill came to around $800.00 for the same exact job and same house. I talked to him and he told me that they purchased a newer, more expensive power washer. I told him that was not any of my concern and that my bill should not reflect that. He called me back and told me that they also power washed my driveway, hot tub cover, and gutters. I told him that we only hired him to do the windows, and that was all we were going to pay for. I payed around $350.00 for the second trip that he did the work. Now he has been harassing my wife at the gym, and sending me emails telling us both that we need to pay the whole amount or that he is going to hire an attorney and sue us.

"As the Business Owner of ProfleXions I am really sorry for the Miss-understanding of (deleted member name) thoughts about our services provided for them. We have been providing excellent services to their family for many years and always had amazing reviews. Personally I gave their boys guitar & drum lesson because I liked their family! I think their was communication error between (deleted member name). Review Feedback: (deleted member name) had called to schedule Window Cleaning as they have done 4 or more times in the past. As I arrived (deleted member name) had requested for their house to be power washed before cleaning the windows. When services started we were asked to provide additional power washing to their patio, deck, hot tub, driveway, sidewalks, porch, and out door furniture. So as requested we provided all the services as asked and charge accordingly. Our prices never changed from the 1st service to the last it was the amount of work that was changed that made the cost higher. UNFORTUNATELY (deleted member name) (Owners of Trident, Inc.) still have not pay their bill and have refused to pay for any of the work that was provided to them. My hopes is that they would either make a payment or that they would remove this review as a gratitude of our FREE services that we decided to offer them. ProfleXions is always striving to be the Best and was recognized as "BEST OF THE SPRINGS 2013" by the Gazette and we had over 400+ customers that voted for us!
