Bob and his team came in to ,remodel  kitchen, build shop building, and refurbish a barn.  From the start we had difficulty keeping in touch with Bob.  He was hard to contact and did not keep us informed on progress.  He would not  return phone calls or texts until we got really upset with him.  On the kitchen it took several months to get the job done and they never finished it.  I had to finish the trim work myself.   The flooring they installed had spaces in between the ends of the pieces.  On the shop building it took from April until August to get completed.  We had to constantly try to contact him to find out what was going on.  After the shop was finished he was supposed to refurbish our barn which he never even started.  Pro Team was given payments in the beginning of 50 percent down and additional funds for the barn materials were paid after the shop was completed.  They had the laborer who did the demolition in the kitchen also do the painting  instead of having painters do the job.  A painter was called in later to try and fix the mess up.  After the second payment we made to them we never heard from them again.  We did run into him at Lowes one day and he promised they would be back on the next Monday.  We never heard from them again.  Pro Team abandoned our project and we had to get someone else to finish the barn.  Bob  talks a good game but will not follow up on his obligations.
