Punctual, courteous, and did very good job.  Didn't saturate the carpeting so carpets dried nicely.

My dog started peeing everyone so they came and cleaned. The smell was completely gone when they left and I had tried everything before. The only con was that they were more than an hour late. Nobody called to tell me-I had to call and ask if anyone was still coming.

Chris the tech arrived on time and was very personable and professional. I have an old carpet but he treated it as if it were new and got all the pet stains out. Great job.

They were wonderful at arranging times to pick up and deliver our oriental rugs and shampooing the carpets. We had them do these at different times as we were having our wood floors refinished as well.

They did a beautiful job cleaning our oriental rugs (A+) and we would highly recommend them for that.

The carpet cleaning wasn't as high quality though which is why I rated them B overall. They didn't move large furniture to clean under it (just cleaned around everything) and didn't clean the sides of the carpeted stairs, only the step part. I wouldn't recommend them for installed carpet cleaning.

I was given an estimate of between $100 - $130 based on my descriptions of the rooms. When I called the company to arrange for them to come and do the work, the owner asked me what he had given me as a quote. He said he would honor the figure he had quoted. However, the family room turned out to be bigger than he expected (I thought I gave him the dimensions, but maybe I didn't) and the he said it was the equivalent of two rooms, so he gave me an average cost for the rooms. This seemed fair and I agreed to the higher price. I pointed out a few places that needed spot cleaning. I thought the company did a good job and the carpeting looks very nice. There is one place that is stained that I forgot to point out and that didn't get clean - probably permanently stained. I may try to spot clean it myself.
