Steve and his assistants were amazingly professional and courteous throughout the process. He always called to arrange times for his visits, and always arrived just as scheduled. Steve was extremely patient, and took the time to fully explain every part of the process, so that I always felt confident that the best course of action was being followed. If I ever faced another mold or contamination issue, Steve is certainly the person I would call for assistance. My situation involved a property manager for an HOA directing the process; despite being hired by and paid by the HOA, Steve treated me, the homeowner, with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Description of Work: Steve examined to determine if mold existed in three bedroom walls. When it was found, he pointed it out and explained the situation, and his work proposal. He removed the lower 12-18 inches of wall to access the mold, and removed and re-mediated the mold and additional contamination. He then followed up with abrasive spraying to cleanse the wood behind the wallboard, and followed that with treatment to kill any remaining mold spores and/or contamination. He placed and then monitored over several days, a hepa-vacuum and drying fans to ensure complete drying of the area prior to replacement of the wall sections. During this process, Steve continually tested to ensure that all areas of the room, wall, floor, studs and baseboard behind the wall, and air were sufficiently dry to prevent growth of additional mold following replacement of the wallboard.
