Priority was on time and efficient. They gave my boiler an inspection and determined that I do not need to replace the boiler at this time. They recommended improvements to the plumbing which I will have them complete at a later date.

So I have to say I am grateful they came to check the water heater since everyone else was booked a week ahead. But he did not have the tool to test the tankless water heater. So I ended up paying and no service was performed. He reduced the rate but all he did was take the lid off the unit. Look, talked to the warranty people and say I do not have that kind of tool, I will need to buy it. So, I decided to l wait until the next people come over to work on it.

Our technician advised he thought there was an installation issue and advised for the origional company to come out for the repair since this was under warranty with them so there would be no further charge to you. Saved me thousands. Home inspector reported to buyer that main was collapsed 30 feet down, Mike ran a scope over 90 feet and found no problem.

Good efficient quality work, but they installed the wrong toilet, but kept insisting it was the one I asked for. Upon checking the measurements with a tape measure. I found out it was not the right one. I called their office and the technician will be dispatched to correct the situation.

After Home Advisor sent me astray, they finally hooked me up with a quality certified Plumber! Mike and Nick were great and fixed the first problem in an expeditious manner and are on track to fix the remaining issues within the next two days!! Life saver!!

We were scheduled for a sewer scope between 11 and 1. Your technician did not show up until 3 PM after 3-4 phone calls. We had three people waiting over 2 hours whom all had better things to do. This is over 6 man hours lost by 3 professionals. At average $80 per hour that totals a loss of $480 in lost revenue. You should have paid us for the sewer scope. By my calculation $480 - $150 you owe us $330. Not happy with this service. When you provide a schedule window you need to be more mindful of other peoples time and adhere to your commitment.

Totally dissatisfied with toilet repair. Had them come a second time told me I needed a $185 part. I will never recommend them and advise seniors not to use them.

The technician was very helpful, fast, and the pricing was good. He explained the source of the issue (bad install by contractor), and repaired the problem. Priority also does plumbing so we had someone install a tub and an outside faucet as well. That went fine also.
