At DecKor Outdoor Living (Formally, Premier Outdoor Living) we specialize in building composite decks with both pressure treated wood fames and steel frames. Our steel railings add an updated look to a new deck with a zero maintenance factor. Adding patio covers and outdoor enclosures are a big part of what we do. We focus on turning outdoor spaces into a four season space that can be used all year. We also design and build outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and firepits that can be a great addition to an outdoor space. As a owner operated company, we focus on the details. Customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations is our ultimate goal. Our craftsmen are experts in the industry and take pride in their work. Supremely well !!! Archer Noell, the owner of Premier Construction, is the ultimate professional and skilled contractor. Our large wrap-around deck was a nightmare project, from the demo to the construction, and Archer did the most superb job. We are thrilled with his work, which was completed in the time frame that he initially projected. The deck is magnificent, to say the least, and we shudder to think of the finished product had we used someone else. Archer's construction knowledge is amazing, from the permit process to using the most appropriate materials. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He simply is THE BEST!!!

Premier Outdoor Living was awesome. Our deck was in complete disrepair and there were hidden problems that didn’t surface until the decking was removed. The team was professional, cleaned up daily, worked with us on design and practical solutions to stucco, metal railing and deck top. They worked hard, took pride in their work and produced a great job in a difficult environment of scarce materials, slow permitting process and complex construction. Give this company a call!
