Supremely well !!! Archer Noell, the owner of Premier Construction, is the ultimate professional and skilled contractor. Our large wrap-around deck was a nightmare project, from the demo to the construction, and Archer did the most superb job. We are thrilled with his work, which was completed in the time frame that he initially projected. The deck is magnificent, to say the least, and we shudder to think of the finished product had we used someone else. Archer's construction knowledge is amazing, from the permit process to using the most appropriate materials. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He simply is THE BEST!!!
