Fantastic experience from start to finish. The units were getting old and I didn't want to wait until something failed. Tim gave me comprehensive options and didn't push a particular unit. I felt like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I'd already had a wonderful experience with him replacing a couple of toilets, but you're always a little nervous about the really large appliances. He listened to my concerns that we were not getting air from the AC or furnace up to our second floor, and came up with solutions that really work for our large house. The schedule was well coordinated and they were very neat -- something I appreciate greatly. And, Tim and his son (plus his electrician sub) work very hard but are also so pleasant to have around. I am so happy with our new system. We're actually feeling air out of the vents now on the second floor. Plus, it interfaced with our ADT Z-wave thermostat with no problem. Absolutely no problems with the city inspection either.

Initially Tim called to apologize that he could not service my Douglas County location (the information on Angie's should be edited if this is the case). But when I made my case for him to carry out the appointment, he said with a good attitude that he'd be there. He arrived easily on time. He was very nice during the whole repair, and seemed like someone who knows what he's doing.

Tech was fast and serviced the heater in a short amount of time.

We really appreciate Pope's Plumbing, Heating and A/C for always responding to our requested in a quick manner. They act professional and their work product is outstanding. We were happy with the cost for the repairs and have offered ways to reduce future issues.

After listening to the symptoms over the phone, Tim thought that we probably needed a new zone valve or maybe more than one. Once he got on site, he found that the problem was a much less expensive problem. He seemed as happy as we were that the repairs were going to cost less than first expected. Tim was able to do the work in one trip, did the work quickly, and got our heat back to full efficiency.
