Pop A Lock of Colorado Springs

I called the provider to ask about replacing lost car keys. He said it would be $100 just for the service call, then another roughly $15 for the key blanks, so with tax, the total would be about $150. I agreed and he looked up my car and said that he did not stock the key blanks for my car and he'd have to order them. It would take 2-3 days for the key blanks to arrive, and so we set an appointment for 4 days out. I should have listened to my gut and said forget it right then, but I didn't know better. Anyway, the appointment day/time came and went, no call, no contact. I called the dispatcher, and got a call back from the local tech who said that the key blanks never arrived and he'd call me when they came in. No call. Maybe the key blanks are still out there in UPS-land somewhere. I never heard of a UPS package you couldn't track down. Delivery problems can be resolved at the local distribution center. There's no reason that the key blanks should be missing for this long. I called his competitor. $90 flat fee for a new car key, and he'll be here in an hour. Ugh. I'm doing a separate review on them. Anyway, if you need emergency service, you might potentially call this provider. If you need new keys made, not so much.

Well let me just start by saying that Chris is nothing short of amazing and his techs are very much like him....I love to ride my Harley and I misplaced my one and only key :( I actually hid the key and hid it so well I could not find it when I wanted it......Chris sent his team out to save the day :) Not only did he replace the key that I was missing but I had him make me a spare also so that I could prevent this from happening in the future!!!!! He really saved the day for this lil biker girl that just loves to ride!!!!!
