"We know how important time is to our clients, we provide quotes at a reasonable time schedule to ensure that we have adequate time to perform the work, inspect the work and provide time for a walk through with the customer. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer did not permit us to implement our processes and procedures to ensure satisfactory service. The soap scum that the customer mentioned was not soap scum, it was the result of an inferior cleaning product in which the customer had saturated on all counter tops, sink, tub and shower areas, in an attempt to remove built up dirt and grim which accumulated in these areas. This product dried, resulting in a chalky residue. We spent an abundant amount of time removing this product from these surfaces, resulting in a huge delay in our cleaning schedule. Our company have the upmost respect for our client?s property and would not disrespect it in anyway. We utilized water in the kitchen sink to thoroughly clean the sink and counter top areas. If the client would have permitted us to complete our work, we would have had the opportunity to provide a walk through to address any cleaning concerns. ? Thank you for your feedback"
