Jim and his crew did an outstanding job with our addition project. He provided consistent communication throughout every step of the process. We enjoyed having them around and the professional manner that they completed the job. It looks great and we are certainly enjoying our beautiful new space. Most of all, we never questioned Jim's character and integrity from day 1 until the final inspection of the project!

This was our third project with Pittman, and our biggest. We’re pleased with the planning, collaboration, and execution of our remodel. Jim set clear timelines and found work-arounds when needed. Subcontractors and weather proved to be the only weak points but Jim juggled and solved problems like the pro he is. Jim and his crew are talented, flexible, and reliable- always showing up when planned. We feel they went above and beyond to help us realize our dream. Excellent, prompt service started at beginning of covid 19 and went very smoothly and lots faster than I expected during this time. Very friendly and easy to talk to Contractor and crew. Contractor was always honest and made suggestions when he thought something could be done better/improved and left us make the decision to change something or not. He also was very open to any of our suggestions to make a change to the original plan. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Originally I was looking for someone to give me an estimate for some work inside my house, of the three people who came out to give me estimates Jim Pittman and Brianna (Office Manager and assistant) were the most professional and friendly people to talk to. Jim was right up front about why what I wanted to do would not work the way I was seeing it. I asked him to go ahead and give me an estimate making the design changes needed. I ended up having only one of the projects done and hired Pittman Construction because I was most impressed with him, Brianna, their professionalism and honesty. So when it came time to an outside wall demolished, a deck built, installation of a door, side window, and doggie door I went straight to Pittman and had them do the work. Jim Pittman and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Even after I had to reschedule the work to fit my schedule, twice, Jim continued to treat me like I was his most important customer. Due to starting the work in November Jim couldn't find the redwood I wanted for the deck. Redwood would not be available again for weeks. He and his office manager immediately got on the phone and found material that actually turned out better for me. He showed me samples of composite deck material that would be maintenance free and and would look just as good as the stained redwood. I agreed and he was able to start working on the deck without any interruptions. The guys were always on time, pleasant respectful and professional. Being an older single woman and not wanting to be taken advantage of, I had questions as the crew was working and they would stop what they were doing long enough to listen to my question and not once was I made to feel like I had interrupted them. When the work was done I tried to find something wrong with the work, nothing, I found nothing wrong. His estimates for the work he has already done and the work he will be doing in January are fair and reasonable. Quality work, fair pricing, professional, friendly and so easy to work with, why wouldn't I hire him to remodel my bathroom? Thank you Jim, Brianna, Jeremy, and the rest of the crew who worked on my project.

The process was very smooth with consistent and detailed communications. We are very satisfied with the results of our dining room, and laundry room remodels. In fact, we are already quoting our next project!

Our experience started off very well with Pittman Construction with both Jim Pittman and Briana Moseley (the office manager) coming for the initial consultation to view our basement and discuss the project.  They work well together and complement each other’s strengths, particularly during the initial visit where they both presented great ideas and options we might consider to complete our basement.  We got quotes from three contractors and Pittman’s quote was just under the median cost of other quotes.  We liked them the best as people and professionals so we went with them. We are very glad we did. Work commenced very quickly.  We started throwing curveballs quickly as well, as we made changes and additions to the project.  We asked about adding a complete bathroom remodel on our main floor as part of the project and Pittman came back with a reasonable quote, so work commenced on that as well.  Pittman has a small, but friendly and familial crew that work together well and do great work.  All of them were a pleasure to be around and we could tell put some of their own personal touches and ideas into their work, particularly Nate (carpentry) and Kim (painting).  Other crew members we got to know included Tim (plumber), Jeremy (tile, flooring, etc) and Mark (tile, flooring, wood work).  All of them took time and pride in their work.  Pittman, from our experience, uses the same tradespeople on every job, which we really liked.  By the time the project was nearing completion, we knew we would miss the daily visits by the Pittman crewmembers. I can not more highly recommend Pittman Construction for any remodel or new build you may be considering.  Jim and Briana are both honest and trustworthy project leaders (as is the entire Pittman crew) to whom I would trust any project, large or small. We will definitely be using Pittman for any household projects that we need complete in the future.

We were reluctant renovators, but in the end we are "happy" we had termites. The man who exterminated the termites recommended Pittman Construction. We called Pittman, they came right over to see how much wood the termites had eaten away (see "before" photos) and then give an estimate for repair. We never thought we wanted a new bathroom (see "after" photos), but after PIttman Construction worked to make our old, termite-demolished bathroom water proof and beautiful, we couldn't be happier. Thank you Pittman, for your courtesy, timeliness, professionalism, skill, precision, and all the finishing touches that make all the difference.

Phenomenal. Jim Pittman and his crew (Nate, Kim, Jeremy, Mark, and Briana...the office manager) are literally the most reliable, and knowledgeable workers I have ever met. Very well once I hired Pittman construction. I was being delayed by the insurance company and was living in deplorable conditions for four months. Once I hired him his crew got to work and he dealt with insurance. Went very smoothly
