They have been really good and I can only buy the firewood in certain places. They have a very friendly staff and are very efficient.

Did it myself, just purchased the materials from them.

I was greeted immediately, assisted with product selection and provided with the exact number of blocks required based on the measured length, etc. Although the Retail price List brochure did not indicate the price per block, it was found on the computer. I felt I could not afford the price. Dan provided exceptional customer service when he found that the blocks could be discounted and made affordable for me. And he did! While there I observed phones constantly ringing and customer flow was pretty constant, yet Dan and his fellow front desk employee managed all this as well as the scale duties while keeping everybody happy and serviced well. It was a pleasure shopping at Pioneer, and the Staff there at the front counter truly do walk on water and eat fire when it comes to great customer service! I'll definitely be back.

Office person answering my call, providing information, and scheduling delivery was very friendly and helpful. Firewood was delivered promptly on schedule and dumped in the agreed upon location. Wood was cut in good length and uniform size. Burns well.

The wood is well dried and cut in a good size. We have never had problems and it's worth going to purchase. It's better quality than the wood in the grocery store. You can also purchase a small amount. They are very helpful and will load the wood for you.

We've done just retail business with them over the years. It's always been a good experience. They carry landscaping materials mostly like rock, stone, bark, pavers and that sort of things. They also carry bulk firewood in the winter time. We've bought stone from them before too and bark over the years. The workers were very helpful. I've been there to buy wood myself and they help me load it. Sometimes it's kind of a self serve type thing but they came out and help me load it. They were very polite workers. There were no complications. I would do business with them again. There's not a whole lot of competition with what they do. There are two companies that do that here in town.

They were all professional and have good products. If you can do your own hauling then it's a good place to go.

Our most recent purchase has been fill dirt. It's clean and exactly as advertised. We've also had rocks and gravel delivered and picked up landscape path slabs.
