Buyer beware! Very very disappointed and astonished at the quality of work and the customer service of this company, or lack thereof. Quality of work is abysmal, but they sure do send invoices quickly. Paid to have all 4 sprinkler valves replaced but they didn't check for leaks as two different valves are still leaking... To make a long story short, I've paid nearly $1k and the job never did get completed and they will continue to try to charge even more if you have the audacity to expect them to finish the repair properly that was already paid for. Valves are leaking, and they didn't re-install the sprinkler box correctly so now we have a grading issue next to the house causing water to pool and drain into the sprinkler valve box and foundation of the house anytime it rains or snows, not to mention they also installed the sprinkler box crooked, very sloppy and unprofessional work. Essentially, I paid them to make things much worse than they were before they were hired. Throughout the whole process they were rude, took zero accountability, and made zero effort to provide any sort of customer service or quality work. Find a different landscaping company to work with if you want to conduct honest and professional business. Nightmare experience.

I am so impressed with their service, and I am that picky annoying customer who wants things done my way. Wow, just wow. First of all, the communication was easy and clear. No head games, showed up as scheduled, which was vital for us because we were on tight schedule to clean out the place before we had to leave the state in few hours. Second of all, Jonathan did an excellent job hauling large bulky items. Left my front yard in a spotless condition. Third of all, thank you so much for appreciation of military and first responders. I hope your business only prospers and remains a stellar example to other businesses in CS.

Pretty ok in my opinion.

I hired Pinnacle to do a complete sod installation. The entire crew was courteous, very accommodating, and did a superb, professional job, going above and beyond what I had expected.

Great service and price.

Reason for poor rating on value for the money is not because I think that, it is because I do not yet know exactly how much I will be billed for. Home Advisor seems to ask for evaluations and ratings prematurely. This company only has worked for me once and that was today.

We were very pleased by the work done (trimming a large Pfitzer shrub), the promptness, and the reasonable price. They have a very convenient system for billing and paying online that is a breeze to use. The boss (Rob) and the crew are very polite and accommodating. The trimmings were taken away which works best for us. We will be sure and use them for other jobs in the future. Very pleased to find this company!

We are in a temporary rental house and we unfortunately got the Delta variant Covid virus. The yard was a complete mess front and back. We could not do anything. They came in mowed the lawn cleaned the front yard and pulled all the weeds on each side of the house and back in 2 hours. Everything was clean and beautiful. And it was all done with contactless communication and payment. The price was very worth it and lower than expected. If we stayed here I would use them again. Unfortunately we have to move out of state. I highly recommend this company.

I canâ  t say enough good things about the service we received! We had Pinnacle trim two of our large pine trees. Not only was the job finished quickly, but they took all of the branches away. The trees look great!

Excellent service. I hired Pinnacle to mow my lawn while I recovered from surgery. At first, they were bagging the trimmings and leaving by the trash can. When I let them know I could barely walk, much less lift, they didn't just put them into the trash can, they took the trimmings with them. I thought that was excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.
