Pretty good until billing complication r/t pet insurance (don't do it, just save your money). Nothing too outstanding like the reviews would suggest, it is all about the money now with Veterinarians.

Pretty complete, did lightly cover some subjects I thought required more attention.

They have always been “A’s”. Nothing but high recommendations for them.

That was probable $500. They remember who we are, they are very friendly and they are extremely professional. We?ve have not only worked with them for our pets, but they were the veterinarian for a cat rescue organization they we worked with.



That is actually where we got all of our cats. We fostered them and can?t let them go. So, we not only seen the outside of the organization, but we actually have been helping them with surgeries, when they do a whole group of neutering or spaying. It would be an all-day affair, we would do like 25 cats. 



So, we have been part of that volunteer group and I get to see how things work on the back side too. Makes me very comfortable with working with them. They have always been ?A?s?. Nothing but high recommendations for them.

Mitchell loved his visit to Pine Creek. Everyone was so friendly from Joanna who welcomed us to Ria who checked us out. Kate was a great tech. Dr. Josh was very thorough and answered every question we had. We had a great experience.

The facilities are nice, we have been very happy with the care and responsiveness fom the vets and all the staff.

We have had very good experiences with PCVH. Drs Fisher are always very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable of current practice. Their support staff is also very professional and friendly. During our recent episode with the cat, Dr. Cristy is who we saw. She and her vet tech immediately began caring for what had developed into an emergency urethra blockage. The cat stayed in the hospital for 3 days. After he came home they were very good about following up about his condition and monitoring/adjusting his many medications. Dr. Cristy even came in on her day off to check on him when I was concerned that he was getting worse again and had to take him back for another check up. As of now, the cat is doing sooo much better. The cost of care has been the only thing negative I can say about the vet care there and is why I gave a score of B in that category (the kitty urinary episode was about $2K when all was said and done). I have no idea how the cost at PCVH compares to other clinics as I have not felt compelled to check around for cheaper care since I have felt that the care our pets receive there is top notch.

Doctor Josh Fisher as usual was very thorough in his testing thereby, giving me the confidence that he correctly diagnosed the problem my two dogs were experiencing. We were sent home with the proper medication as well as a year supply of Heartgard. Dr, Fisher always takes the time to explain the meaning of the test results and what is going on with my pets. He has also educated me on the importance of a proper maintenance program for my dogs so they may enjoy a longer lifespan. Although there are multiple vets with 5 to 10 minutes from my house, I drive 30 minutes to take my dogs to Dr. Fisher because I consider him to be the best vet in Colorado Springs.

When we moved to Colorado Springs, we could not imagine finding a vet that we loved as much as the one we had used for the past 20 years, so we were extremely surprised to find Pine Creek Vet with Dr's Josh and and Cristy Fisher.  Dr Josh is very clinical and will spend as much time as needed with you, answering all of your questions and providing great input on issues around the county that he wants people ot be aware of.  His "bedside" manner is quite personable once you get to know him a bit.  He cares for your animals as though they were his own.  The exams and both surgeries went off without a hitch.  Follow up care was exceptional.  Our involvement with Dr. Cristy has been minimal, but even having dealt with her one time you just know that she cares greatly for the animals in her care and, like Josh - she is happy to spend as much time as you need to get answers to questions or concerns.
The rest of the staff is equally as well trained and compassionate.  We have met with many of the technicians and each one really knows their jobs and are extremely thorough. 
If you are looking for a vet clinic for your four-legged family member - I cannot recomment Pine Creek enough.  We have found OUR vet - and will continue to use them as long as we live in this area.

Dr. Christie, Dr. Josh and the entire staff of Pine Creek were great.  My little dog was sick for over 2 years and they managed her care and her passing.  Their expertise, their kind and thoughtful manner throughout the entire time was exceptional.  I would highly recommend this clinic.

They are very nice. They are the doctor and wife, and the mother-in-laws are there and just speak forever. They are superb with my dog, they did some examination on the floor, not on the table, he had some teeth removed and it's awesome. She had some back issues and then she had an old dog disease. Their brain is swollen and it's like their in a roller coaster, she would have to be 24 hours under control and I would have to help her and I can't do that because I have 3 kids and she was 13 1/2 years old. I actually called them up here from Minnesota to ask if they could suggest a vet for me, and the lady I talked to suggested somebody downtown Minneapolis, so I don't want to drive that long and she said I should look for the AHA Certificate.  That's pretty good service.

It went well.  Our visit was SUPER informative.  I've owned cats/dogs nearly all of my 39 yrs and I had never heard some of the things I was told by Dr. Josh.  The office is gorgeous and well maintained and very warm and inviting. We were given an exam room almost immediately, and that was after I told them I was running late - they kept my appointment and was very understanding.  The vet tech came in and took all the vitals, which I had never seen a tech do.  Normally at our old vet, they just took a weight.  Anyway, Dr. Josh came in and told me our kitty was likely battling a cold and to keep an eye on symptoms. 
I was actually shocked when the next day, kitty was getting worse.  Dr. Josh called me back and we decided it wasn't urgent so we could wait until Friday afternoon for a follow-up. When we came back, we were escorted immediately to a room and the vet tech did her vitals again - very thorough and knowledgeable -then sent in Dr. Josh.  Visit went well, kitty was given meds and we were on our way! Just overall, you get the impression that the staff really loves animals and very knowledgeable. We put a plan in place to have kitty neutered.   The day before I actually called our normal vet but they couldn't get us in, so we decided to wait for Dr. Josh.  I was shocked to learn that the prices at PCVH are only $2 than my current vet and the service was spectacular.  We will be switching vets. 

This experience was amazing. They did everything they could, and even though we lost our sick pup, they were so very sensitive and caring. The staff and the doctors were so kind and understanding during this hard time, I'd definitely recommend them 100 percent.. Others that I know who use them too feel the same way, and I wanted others to benefit from their service.

Everyone was very friendly and nice. The office was clean and neat and they took good care of my new puppy, even explaining to my sons and myself about puppy care/training etc.

This was my first time at Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital and I was very impressed. It is a nice office and everyone was very friendly. We saw Dr. Josh (there are two veterinarians here that make a husband and wife team). His handling of my cat was amazing. He was very genlte and affectionate with her. He did a nice job gaging her limits. I have to admit to being long overdue for my cat's visit as well as the owner of an indoor/outdoor cat. While Dr Josh let me know he felt being purely indoor was the healthier option for my cat, he never seemed to judge my decision nor push too hard for me to change my cat's habits. What he did do was give me great advice and choices for keeping her healthy given her lifestyle. He explained the different options well and then left the choices to me. In additon they offered me a military discount, something this military family really appreciates. I would recommend Dr. Josh to any pet owner's looking for a vet!

entire staff very friendly helpful and professional. Our dog likes them all. Prices reasonable particularly for medications and veterinary services.

I made an appointment with the receptionist; he could've gotten me in that day, but I had other appointments and opted for the next morning. We saw Dr. Christy within 10 minutes of our arrival. She examined my dog's injury (nothing broken, but did have a good cut); drew blood for the thyroid test and did several tests for arthritis. She recommended a couple of things for the arthritis, said she'd let me know about the thryoid results and said that my dog was in good shape otherwise. She and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They provided information for emergency treatment, if I should ever need it, and I enjoyed talking with all of them. It was a wonderful experience, as opposed to my treatment by Banfield Pet Hospital, East. I will definitely go back to them.

Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital (PCVH) is highly recommended based on the staff, services provided/available and the facility. The staff at PCVH provide compassionate and high-quality care to my dog and my cat. The entire staff is very knowledgeable in total health care management for my pets and on behavioral issues. I was impressed by the fact that both Veterinarians have conferred with me, via telephone and in person, regarding the health of my pets. Specifically, they both took the time to go over my dog's specific health condition so that I fully understood the treatment plan. I recently adopted a kitten from the Pikes Peak Humane Society and the entire staff took the time to ensure that I understood how to best care for my kitten. During two surgical procedures my kitten recently had, the entire staff at PCVH initiated telephone calls to update me on my kitten's health status; that was very reassuring and the procedures had positive outcomes and my kitten is enjoying excellent health! The entire staff at PCVH is knowledgeable, caring and friendly (towards both owner and pets!). The attention and care provided to both of my pets has been top-notch and I would highly recommend PCVH.
