Pillar to Post provided a ~70 page report which was mostly a checklist with very little or no detail and a few photos. It was a "check the box" report. Had to call several times if we wanted to know the details to simple questions. Some obvious flaws in the home were missed altogether such as the main door alignment, he missed the fact that the boiler had no permit, and some door locks were inoperable. The report did not specify the age of most appliances & systems in the house. The format of the report does not lend itself to educating the homeowner with the detailed information that they need when purchasing a house.
