Her name is name is Melanie Marsden. She had a yeast infection in her ear, an ear infection. We've been working with them for years. It's our relationship that we have with them and their compassion and care for our cats.

I've gone to several and I finally found one that I like. They're just really friendly and very knowledgeable. They respect my thought as an owner, which is why I like them. They aren't just, "Well, the book says you should be doing this for your pet." They let me choose. "Do you want to do this?" I like that because I have a very old dog and I'm sorry I'm not going to put her through all kinds of testing and all this stuff. No, I'm not going to do that to her. Other vets I went to, didn't care what I thought. "See this. She is going to get it" type thing. They understand that I'm not going to spend thousands of dollars on my pet. So they were very good at saying, "Okay. Here is what we can do. For this amount of money, we could do these kind of tests and it will tell us this. For this much more money we could do these kind of things and it will tell us this." They're really willing to go over the options and say, "Well, what would you like to accomplish from doing these tests?" I just liked how they were just very respectful and very honest. They're not just trying to sell me something. They're definitely not the cheapest. They're not the most expensive. The quality per pricing is definitely good.

They are good but a little expensive. It always smells clean. Every time you go with your pet, they make sure they put you in the room that you were in the last time. The doctors are awesome, they make sure you always see the same doctor. They all seem to love the pets/animals. They are sensitive to the fact that if you had an appointment for your pet last month, they will put you consistently in the same room. If your pet needs surgery, they contract out.

The reviewer is correct: If we feel it is in the pet's best interest because advanced care or special surgery is needed, such as an orthopedic procedure, heart surgery, or possibly advanced ophthamology or dermatology - we will refer out to a specialist. However, we are a hospital and do typical soft tissue surgeries including spays, neuters, mass removals, dental cleanings/extractions and similar procedures in house. We work with each pet's/owner's situation individually to give the best care we can given their unique circumstances."

They were very professional. They did a good care of the dog. I didn't really have anything bad to say about them because they did an outstanding job. They took care of my pet. I would recommend calling them ahead for an appointment.

I like the fact that when you take your pet there, each time you visit, they will try and use the same exam room. They have a couple different vets that will see your pets. They will talk with each other to make sure everyone making the best decision for your pet.

I have taken a snake in there all the way up to a dog so they are very versatile and knowledgeable with all types of animals. They are extremely welcoming. When you walk into their office you almost feel like you are walking into somebody's living room. The office is also very clean.

They were very compassionate and sweet. They were very gentle, asked if I wanted to be there, asked if I wanted the ashes, and even asked if I wanted a paw print. They are very good at following up. They are very good veterinarians. You can certainly tell that they love all animals.
