+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the service we received from Pikes Peak Heating and Cooling. It is a company which backs their product and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is done correctly. Our system was 20 years old and we felt never quite heated the home very well. They provided us with several choices along with recommendations. They did not surprise us with a hidden fee. What they recommended is what we paid. The owner of the company, which is based in Denver, was very involved with the company in Colorado Springs. He and the manager in the Springs office ensured the unit was working as it should. We did have a problem with the AC which was immediately attended to. We are planning on having our AC unit replaced in the Spring and we will be having Pikes Peaking Heating and Cooling install the unit. Many cudos to the technicians Chris Barber and Jordan M. They are an amazing company.
Description of Work: We had received a call about having our furnace/ac checked for a maintenace check. Since it had not been checked for quite some time I was not surprised about the condition. We knew we needed a new furnace.
