When truly looking after a clients best interests, many times the best course of action is talking a client out of transaction or buying less home instead of more. As a 100% commission based industry, this can obviously negatively impact my income. However, I have never looked at a client as a paycheck. Subsequently, I have built a strong referral network because my clients know they can trust me and how I will treat their friends and family. Not to mention, I can sleep at night. :-) On the personal side, I am a professional photographer (which comes in handy when taking pictures of homes), a fitness enthusiast, hiker, cyclist, skier, and golfer.
