We've used them for years. We've been very happy with them.

They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. We went and took it to a small business in town and they were able to find out exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it.

They got me in on time and did what is necessary. They didn't push for extra work too much. They were able to complete the job in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them. They give you a time and you can just drive in and out.

Turns out I had a hose going bad in the air conditioner area. They also stated that I did not need to replace the heater hose that I was purchasing for it, good catch.

Simply smooth. Although the unscheduled 4WD repair was painful, it was necessary and Perkins handled it smoothly. I dropped off my Jeep at 7:30 am and it was ready by 5:00 pm. NO issues. Brock was very courteous and Professional.

He's very sneaky. He acted like a used car salesman and advisor for repairs and they tried to rip me off for 800 dollars and I'm an old woman with disabilities. My nephew was so furious he went to the president and they made it right but it was due to an error that they made. They were going to try and rip me off and make me pay for the whole repair that was because they didn't plug in a fan. They wanted to charge me for them to do it all over again. Even if the president made it right and returned my money they still had sneaky routine in their repair department.

I bought the vehicle from Perkins in 2001 and it has been great. I have done a lot of short trips (not ideal for the vehicle) as well as some pretty rough off road stuff and ski trips in all kinds of weather and Perkins have always done a great job servicing it for me. This time I feared the worst (i.e. new transmission!).

One of the great things about Perkins service is they know everything about these vehicles and they always have all the parts on hand so after leaving the vehicle overnight I was able to go and collect it the next day. It needed a solenoid and a transducer and now it shifts perfectly again. And it has had all its major service items taken care of so I'm good to go once again!

It's been a great vehicle and has only given me very occasional repair bills and that is due to it being a good vehicle (although the reviews have never been too kind) and I believe due to the excellent service it has received over the years from Perkins.

I don't know much yet; we have not had the occasion to use them except when we bought the car. The experience of buying the car was good and we went with one we picked off their website. I will use them again in the future.

My 10 year old Dodge Durango had started making a loud hissing noise and somebody had even stopped me in a parking lot to tell me it sounded as if I had a serious engine problem. So I booked it into Perkins for a service. While I was waiting in line to go into the service bay the service check in guy told me to pop the hood and he and one of the other service guys started looking in my engine to figure out what was going on. They identified a worn and frayed hose that was leaking air and making a loud hissing noise and he was able to cut off the frayed end and reconnect the remainder of the hose. The noise stopped immediately, he told me there was no charge and to have a great day! He advised it may need a new hose at some point so they will keep an eye on it when I bring it in for future services. I bought the vehicle from Perkins Dodge and for the first 5 or 6 years I always took it back for servicing. I have always had great service from there - in fact the vehicle has been 100% reliable since the day I bought it. More recently I have tried a few other places such as Jiffy Lube and a local garage called Bear Automotive, but I have always had a few hassles and have never found anywhere that services the vehicle as well as Perkins Dodge. So from now on I will always bring it back to Perkins for service - I really feel that they are expert mechanics and care about customer service.

I had told them I was leaving on a three-week vacation to Florida. I drove the truck home after they had finished the work. The first day of trying to use the truck, there was no cruise control or the air conditioning there, and we were on a trip for three weeks without them. We could have probably taken some time out of our vacation to stop somewhere, but we did not want to do that because we had plans for where we needed to be. I wasn't going to come back to them while on the trip. When I came back, it was a hassle to even have them acknowledge that there was a problem. They asked me what I had done to cause this. They wanted to charge me to investigate why there was something wrong. I was not willing to pay for it. Their attitude was horrible; it was just ugly. They finally fixed it. They found that the vacuum lines that drove the air conditioner and cruise control had a problem, and it was definitely something that they hadn't taken care of. They wanted to charge me more to find out what it was that they did not do. They were not happy about having to fix it. I would not go back there, and I have told other people about them too.
