Auto Body Work
Customer Service terrible. They say they will contact you to update vehicle status but they never did. Car repaired and I found a problem. Brought the car back and they did a quick fix. Still didn't fix problem. Told me that it wasn't their problem anymore. Instructed me to contact insurance company even though they didn't fix vehicle correctly. Their phone is always busy and when you do get to talk to someone they can't give you information. I can understand a small problem with a repair but at least own the problem if you made it. Terrible customer service. I advise anyone to find a different repair shop.
