Peloquin Sprinklers & Landscaping

We are extremely pleased with the outstanding work done by Peloquin. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We are particular about our property and those we allow to work on it. We found him via a referral from Good Earth Garden Center which raved about his work. Phil found the right combination of sprinkler zones, microsprays and drip emitters for our large landscape with front and rear lawns, many perennial beds and a large vegetable garden. Since the landscape is already mature, this was going to be a challenging project including working around/through many tree roots. Phil explained every part of his bid thoroughly including his guarantee. His team was very polite and professional as well, the only minor exception being when his subcontractor parked blocking a neighbor’s driveway, which was odd and caused an unnecessary moment of tension. Our irrigation system is set up to be operated either from home or remotely and provides terrific coverage of oddly shaped lawns and geometric beds. The use of microsprays lowered the overall cost significantly while preventing damage to established plants – a win-win. It all works wonderfully and we are very happy. We can now water efficiently around our water restrictions here in the arid southwest, and it is saving enormous amounts of time. Phil also proved responsive to concerns about the location of the valve box and drainage away from the foundation, and offered a solution that was very reasonably priced though not in the initial scope of work. We were especially impressed because we called late in the year and he was sure he could complete the installation in November, and arranged to return in the spring to overseed the few areas which need re-seeding. 2020 was a year in which COVID-19 disrupted many supply chains but Phil had no difficulty supplying the high-quality items he promised. He is a very thoughtful problem-solver. He even repaired my leaking contractor’s hose just to make things easier for us until we could purchase the Craftsman hose that he recommended as non-kinking and trouble-free. We would definitely recommend Peloquin for top-quality irrigation systems as they will likely exceed your expectations.

They were wonderful. He seemed to get to know us and guided us very well. He wasn’t pushy but he wasn’t afraid to give us his opinions. He took pride in his work and he was hands on guy.
