They provide great service. They are very knowledgeable. My husband used to work from home and PCI Broadband is very reliable.

The technician, staff, and even the regional director were all very friendly and professional. It seemed as though they were dealing with a new area with my house and having sporadic issues, but they continued to attack the issues and explore all possibilities while taking care of us as well as possible. Since they made the final fix, we have had a rock solid connection that I don't believe has dipped below 50 Mbps up or down. I was previously with one of the big nation-wide companies that was giving us 50/10, and we would constantly have to wait for youtube videos to load. Now, I can stream 1080p on multiple devices without waiting. I also love that I'm not handing my money over to a giant corporation, and I'm supporting a local business instead (with excellent pricing).
