not well.....we have been charged for fertilization that no one can confirm was done. sprinkler head is partially repaired, but we are still waiting for a part. phone calls are rarely returned. we weren't called before someone came at 7 a.m. on a saturday morning.

They do a great job. They mow and weed every week. They even took the time to move a rock to cut the grass around it.

This company was hired last year to update and add a zone to my sprinkler system. Also to lay sod and to plant 8 bushes into the landscaping. Adding wood mulch as well.

My back yard was a blank slate for them as we had no grass and no landscaping to remove before this could happen. I have a run of yard that needed grass about 20 x 100 feet at most. the rest of my yard is landscaping rocks which they were not asked to mess with.

My yard was dug up in the back, the new sprinkler pipe was put into the ground covered with dirt then sod and the sprinklers were then turned on. The way the unit was programmed the sprinklers ran through the zones continuously for 24 hours. I was unaware of this because I trusted they knew what they were doing and when I left for dinner the first night sprinklers were on in the back so I did not notice. I know now to double check everything. When I returned home after dinner, my back yard was flooded, almost level with my basement windows. There was a large sink hole in the center of my back yard where a pipe had burst. The sod had sunk in and slid down my yard. I had to turn off the water to the sprinkler system as there was no way to stop the water otherwise.

This contractor was called out to fix the issue, it was resolved and it was then I found out that the whole system was never pressure tested to make sure the joints would not fail once covered. The water bill that followed added to the frustration.

I had 2 bushes die in the back and 3 in the front yard at 75/each that was quite expensive. They were not and have not been replaced by this contractor. The one year warranty that is a normal practice seems to be quite limited.

We decided that since there was warranty work to do AND sprinkler adjustments that needed to be done we would hire this company to do the weekly landscaping. I wanted them to have to maintain their mess they created, which again was my mistake. I have many photos I took this morning of the weeds as high as my lawn furniture chairs.  

They came a day early with no warning to mow the back yard, at which time I found out they left my back gate open and after the left, my three little dogs got out. I was called by a neighbor letting me know she could not catch them and they were headed for a busy street. IF this contractor would have let us know they were coming a day early I could have arranged for someone to be at home to make sure the gate was closed. But something so simple as closing the gate should be able to be accomplished by this contractor. My sprinklers still have pressure issues, and after they came to adjust them they set the sprinkler unit to run at 1030am. SO needless to same the grass in the front yard has since been severely scorched by the sun.

I have read the instruction manual and reprogrammed the unit to run early in the morning, I hope to save my grass.

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone that has  yard they are about or pets they care about. I have locked my back gate and I will take care of the grass myself, or hire someone I can trust, that cares.

Everything went very well and our lawn looks great.  They were a little slow in returning calls, but always were here when they said they would be.  After getting our quote, and doing some research, I decided not to have fungicide or fertilizer put on the rear yard because we have pets, however no reduction in the cost was given. 

All in all they are a very good company and I will use them again but make different arrangements for the rear yard.

This is an honest company who provides good quality services. After unintentionally scalping our fresh laid lawn, Patton Pro's did everything they could to correct the Problem. The owner personally came out to our home reviewed the situation and assured us that one way or another the problem would be fixed. Our lawn made it through the season, and has improved significantly. We were very satisfied with the response to the problem. The company stood by their word to make bring our lawn back. (I rated them an A on quality, as the remainder of work done AFTER the lawn scalping has been very good and without complaints.)The company could be a little better about returning phone calls and emails, but the actual lawn service is good . Many of my emails have not had a response, which then requires a phone call. Messages are responded to in varying lengths of time, requiring additional phone calls. This is an area they could improve upon. (B rating on response)Overall they receive an A Because of their honesty, response, and quality of work since our initial mishap. I would use them again.

POORLY.  The person who did the work broke off the branch on the tree that is in my front yard.  This tree was planted when we built our home 14 years ago. The branch was mostly broke off with just a tug left for it to fall off. No note or call was made to me regarding the damage. I noticed the damage when I came home the day they did the work. I called the office who had the field supervisor come out. Aaron came out, apologized and said he would come back the next day to cut the branch off and have the worker apologize as well as doc the workers pay. I said to him no need to doc the workers pay-Aaron said its something he has to do. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to just cut the branch off ourselves. I called Aaron in the morning and left him a message that no need to come out. As I finished cutting the branch off (this was he only remedy offered by Aaron on behalf of the company for damaging my front yard tree), I noticed that not only had they aerated my yard, they also did part of my neighbors front yard and in the process, damaged my sprinkler head. I have been trying since 10/1/2014 to get this resolved by getting them to replace my sprinkler head. I was told on 10/7 ( after calling and  leaving several messages the prior days in the week, I spoke with one of the ladies in the office who answered the phone. I asked to speak with the owner, she asked me what was he problem, I explained, she said she would have the Supervisor (Aaron) stop by and get a sprinkler head and bring it by that day. As of today, 5 days later, no call and no one has shown up and I still have a damaged sprinkler head. I called the office on 10/14, asked for the owner AGAIN, lady who answered said he was in a meeting, she asked what it was about, I explained once again, she took my information for the owner to call me back.  Again, as of 3pm, no call back from the owner or anyone else (must have been a long meeting).  All this effort on my part for a $15 sprinkler head-REALLY?? Not to mention the poor alternative offered for my damage tree. When I called the office on 10/14, I also  inquired about how much my bill is, the lady advised that the charge was waived for the problems - good thing I asked, although I never asked them to waive the charge.  I did expect them to immediately take care of the sprinkler head as well as contact my neighbor to apologize for doing part of his yard.  I now expect someone in charge to get my sprinkler head replaced before it snows, contact my neighbor about his yard, and not be so cavalier about damaging a 14 year old tree.  It no longer about how the tree now looks, it the principal of it all, you should replace me tree as well for the significant delay and lack of follow up to resolve a simple problem.

The work provided was excellent. Timely and done w/out any issues even over a holiday weekend they were on site and on time. The work was professionally done w/out any issue or incident.
