Very smooth operation. Took out our old carpet and went to town! We had to stay at a motel a couple of nights because of the coating, but no problem. Will have Mike recoat when needed. Love the color of our floors!!!

It was perfect! Mike and his crew were clean, punctual, professional and on schedule!! They even found a lost diamond hoop earring when removing the old carpet and left it for me on my mantel. It was lost for over a year!!!! The floor looks incredible too!!!

He gave us his professional opinion of what he could and couldn't do; gave us a price quote (which we found very reasonable) and immediately began the work. 1 1/2 days later (you have to allow for liquid finish drying time) his final product was beyond our belief. The floor repair work perfectly matched the remainder of the floor; there was no hint of damage. Mike was very open and honest with us regarding some additional work we requested. I like it when a professional says, and quot;if this were my house, I wouldn't do the work.and quot;
