They did an outstanding job. The new floors look beautiful and they did a wonderful job of matching everything. They were very easy to work with and took great care to make sure everything was left as clean as possible.

Peter did a fantastic job, taking time to help us select the best wood/ color, providing us with multiple samples and adjusting the stain to a perfect depth and warmth, very professional and polite. I felt safe leaving my home in his hands. The hardwood floor is truly beautiful. Dust was at a minimum and our furniture was carefully moved out and back in.

Excellent experience. We recently bought a house and wanted to replace carpets and linoleum with hardwood and tile. Paradise Hardwood came out in a very timely manner and gave me a detailed estimate. He had great advice about what kind of wood that would work for me, and was very knowledgable and friendly. His crew also worked extra hard to comply with our time lines in other repairs we were doing in the home. They left my house in clean and beautiful condition. I couldn't be happier. They also were flexible about last minute changes, and it was a real blessing to have them work in my home.

Peter was very prompt in giving me an estimate, was very helpful in describing the process for installation and in providing information for types of wood/finishes/stains. I chose the water based finish and was very happy with the results!The whole process took approximately 4 days and the floor looks beautiful! Peter and his crew were very prompt, courteous and professional in completing the job. I did call about 2 weeks later for touch-ups in a few places and he came out the next day to complete them.I appreciate his attention to detail and his sincere desire for his customers to be completely satisfied with the work his company provides.I would highly recommend him and his company!

The floors feel great and look even better.

The carpentry and workmanship was excellent. He was really nice and professional. The problem was he had to come back about four different times within a year to fix our floor. The products that he used the first two times were bad products and he ended up not using it for any of his customers after what happened to our floor. He stuck to his word and he kept coming back and fixing it without charging us. But he had to come out four different times because the filler was popping up; the finish was peeling and scratching really bad. Finally he used different products and that one has worked great. We used him twice that we paid for. The last time, he was in a rush and he was here only for two hours and refinished the entire middle and upper levels of the house. It really shouldn't have been that quick because he missed a lot of things that I had asked him to do. Initially I think he was great, did real good work and stuck to his word but after the fourth time he was really tired of coming back. I probably would use him again. It was a big hassle for us too because we had to move all the furniture's, appliances, piano and everybody out for days every time this happened. The first couple of times it wasn't really his fault because it was the product but after that he just wanted to get out of here and so did a quick job.
