They cleaned the carpet and they left and it didn't look good and then they called in another guy who came in and did it correct. The first technician just kind of screwed up, the second one was great. They were responsive in fixing the issue. When they didn't clean it correctly, they came back and fixed it.

I was a little hesitant to hire these guys again as Randy was no longer there but I did not need to worry! They did a great job and even applied a stain guard on the first floor free of charge as they were running a little late. I love the fact that Oxi Fresh uses green products and dries so quickly. Will be definitely using them again.

The technician was on time, courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing and why. Although, he was booked for 4 hours, he was done in about 3. Most major areas of dirt or stains were completely removed, and high traffic/wear areas were much improved.

The person who came out was nice. I liked that he cleaned the carpets well. He moved the furniture and stuff like that. I don't have anything bad to say about him. He was very professional. They responded right away. I had a coupon. I would use them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Oxi Fresh for whole house cleaning. Both times the experience was postitive and the technician was professional and punctual. The service starts with a call center that sets up the appointment, easy enough. All stains came up and the dry time was about an hour. The technician helped me move the larger items so I could have areas cleaned under the couches, beds, tv, etc.. Definately a solid recomendation.
