+ -1 moreThe contractor was polite on the phone and on time for the visit, but when I had to turn him away because of a misunderstanding between seeking a contractor through my insurance company, he was rude and insistent that I would still need to pay a $50 fee just for him coming out when I tried to cancel by calling him before he arrived. It was not a pleasant experience and I apologize for the mix up and for wasting his time.
