Everything went very smoothly.

The job went quickly and was done well.

They pointed out several trouble spots where the mice might be getting in and told us what to do to fix them. Also put out some bait boxes while concentrating most on non-poison fixes, as that is what we requested.

The owner was the person that came. He was professional and helpful. He gave me a few tips on how to avoid future pest issues. I would not hesitate to use them again

Charles and his crew stopped by my house. We talked about a few things on and around the house that may need some attention. We talked about some different types of treatments. Charles from Osborne Pest Management was very nice and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He showed up at the scheduled time in his uniform and ready to go to work. He did a very thorough and professional job. He advised me that the spiders might become more active following his treatment and he was right about that. However , within a day or two there were no more signs of these annoying little pests.
In the past , Charles has treated for termites and we have had no more signs of those either. He does a very thorough annual inspection and  updates the treatment as necessary.
Charles has several traits that distinguish him from others:
  He is a very friendly guy, very likeable and easy to talk with.
  He obviously knows his business and eagerly explains what he is doing and why.
  His prices are reasonable.
  He does not try to scare you  into expensive work with horror stories about what might happen if you don't  accept his treatment plan.
  Most important of all, Charles is a certified Entomologist, not a salesman trying to meet a quota or get a big commission.
 
 
 

We had a family of raccoons that were living under our house and Osborne Pest Management trapped most of the raccoons and then put predator urine under the house which made the remaining raccoons leave. we are now raccoon free!
