Oros Home Enhancements

I have been waiting four years to find someone I trusted to replace our windows. We had used another popular local company several years ago to replace a few of the windows but wasn't quite satisfied with the installation. Rich came out and walked the project with me several times and went over what we wanted. He also sent out Junior and Mario Oros, the meticulous craftsmen in charge of the project. We wanted architectural steel siding for one whole side of our home, and the balance LP Siding. No one in this area I had spoken with had experience with installing it. Junior and Mario were interested, and had to learn how to install it. They met with the rep from Denver, and proceeded to plan the project exactly as we wanted it. We structured it as two separate projects; the windows first, then the siding. There were a few structural changes we made while planning the windows, and the guys went with it and did a fantastic job. They finished the windows and had them painted - something no other local window installer does. After the windows were installed we had window shades installed, and the installer commented on how square the window frames were and how rare that was. The Oros team of Junior, Mario, Martika, Jason and Isaac are all honest, easy to get along with people. They were a pleasure to have around for the three months it took to get this project done. I would highly recommend them.

It was excellent. I love their professionalism. They are very clean and very informative of what they are doing. They have a very strong knowledge base. I really like their quality and craftsmanship.

They are very personable, good quality, and know what they are doing so they can move fast. They have two crews are ran by brothers. The guys are really nice, friendly, and clean up after themselves. They made it a really easy job. They know what they are doing and the price is right.

They did a great job. It took a few days to do it all and every time they came in, they rolled out the stuff to keep everything clean. They cleaned up after themselves when everything was done. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They were very thorough to make sure everything was done correctly and to code.

I called 2 other companies and got little to no follow-up. Oros has been great with communication! Rich has especially been great with all the texts, pictures, and emails. The work is not complete, but I will update as soon as it is all done. The roof and chimney repair are complete. Painting and gutters being done. So far, I would highly recommend!

It went beautifully! They were the only company that was willing to work with us. Most other companies didn't want to bother with just one window -- they wanted to do more. We looked for several months to find a company to do the replacement. Rich was available and professional. He even went as far as photographing the entire installation so my husband could see the work progress while he was traveling. Rich and his team worked weekends too. His price was also very competitive with the other 2 quotes we received.

We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism we received from Oros Home Enhancements LLC. They were friendly with great communication, were always on time and got the job done very promptly. We had a terrible experience with 2 other contractors after a hail storm who abandoned the job. Oros Home Enhancements LLC stepped right in and helped us out of a terrible situation. They replaced 15 windows on our home and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations and it looks even better than it did originally! The project manager, Rich along with Mario, visited our home to review the project after it was completed. We will only use Oros Home Enhancements LLC in the future and we highly recommend them!

First, this is probably the best company I have worked with so far with repairs to my house. Rich was responsive, helpful, extremely nice and patient and explained everything that they were going to do with my house. The work that Oros Home Enhancements did on my home was exactly what was promised. They were prompt when they were supposed to show up and were extremely professional. This was our first Major Home improvement project and we were nervous and not sure what to expect. Rich Doll came out to evaluate our home when we were seeking bids and impressed us with his professionalism along with his promise to oversee the work from beginning to end. He really put our minds at rest and followed through on his promise. My windows are beautiful. All of my neighbors are commenting on how amazimg my house looks and calling Oros for windows. I have never had such a kind, clean and respectful crew in my home. They covered all my furniture and carpets to catch dust, completed the job in one day and left my house better than when they arrived. Quality windows and a solid crew. I can't recommend them enough.

The work was completed better then I could ever have expected. I will use this company for all my needs. I Will also use them with my customers in my business. Rich was johnny on the spot when I called for an estimate. Junior and Mario along with the rest of the crew respected my property and their work was excellent. We bought Simonton windows from Oros Home Enhancements. The sales appointment was comfortable and there was no pressure. The install was professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company for any home remodel needs.
