Joel was very knowledgeable and expedient during his inspection of the house and sewer line. Even though it was raining he found a way to safely inspect the roof so we could have a complete inspection without a reschedule. Joel's professionalism helped us make a decision on our new home.

My inspector Joel S did a wonderful job, not only was he the only one I could get an appointment with in such short time but got the inspection done quickly!! he was very thorough, found things I didn't even think to look for! the home I got inspected was 3700 sqft and it only took a few hours including the sewer inspection!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspection on their home! Thanks Joel!!
