My computer wouldn't start, so I call Eugenio and described the problem.  He said he thought he knew what the problem might be, but to bring it in for a free estimate.  It took him about 5 minutes to decide it was a power supply problem, but he asked to keep it over night to make sure.  The next day, I went to pick up the computer, he not only had replaced the power supply with a larger capacity one, but he reapplied the heat sink paste on my processor heat sink because it had dried out and could cause over heating of the processor.   He also bundled the wire harnesses to make the inside look neater.  He went above and beyond what I had expected....and charged me exactly what the estimate was.  What more could you ask for!!
I thanked him, and gave him the nickname "Genius", because in my book he is.
A  few days later I called him back  because I had a problem with the speed of my internet down load.  I had just had a new            50 MPS line installed, but could only download at about 5 to 7 MPS.  He said to bring it buy, which I promptly did.  He looked it over and thought the problem might be in the Ethernet card.  He did some diagnostics, and switched through some settings making an adjustment on the settings.  He buttoned the machine back up and said "that should do it".  I asked him what I owed him and he told me that there was no charge.
When I got home. I plugged in the computer, and ran an internet speed test      57MPS download and 11MBS upload....the man is a Genius!!
