"Hi Anita, thank you for your recent feedback. As with all reviews that are less than 5 stars, my response is necessary, in an effort to clarify any misunderstandings, or in this case, expectations. Please keep in mind for future reference, that property inspectors are only responsible to inspect " what is available to them at the time of inspection." An inspector is not responsible for adequate "access" to the property's components. A property inspector is forbidden to pressurize systems, light pilot lights, break attic seals, turn on water supply, and so on. In fact, it is the buyer's agent who is responsible for adequate access to the property, not the inspector. So, if you wanted the underbelly of the home inspected, your agent needs to coordinate with the seller to have it partially removed for inspection. In fact, you and your agent visited and toured the property several times before, so you were aware that a skirt was installed, and I had no clue upon arrival. So, in closing, please make sure that your "agent" has made the necessary arrangements for adequate access to the property because it is not the inspector responsibility."
